Before your website can be built or activated, your domain must be connected to our hosting platform. This allows your domain name to point to the correct server so visitors can reach your website.
Until this step is completed, the website cannot be finalized or made publicly accessible.
Two Ways to Connect Your Domain
There are two methods for connecting your domain:
Method 1 — Change Nameservers (Recommended)
This is the easiest and most reliable method. It allows our system to manage your DNS settings automatically.
Method 2 — Update DNS Records (Advanced)
This method keeps DNS management with your domain registrar. It requires manual configuration and is typically used by advanced users.
Most clients should use the nameserver method.
What Happens After the Domain Is Connected
Once your domain points to our hosting system:
- DNS changes begin to propagate across the internet.
- Our team completes the final website setup.
- Login credentials are sent to you once the site is ready.
DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours, though most domains update much faster.
