Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: [Insert Date]

At Local Business Websites, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using
our website, services, store, and LBW AR Try-On features.

Who We Are

Our website address is:
https://localbusinesswebsites.net/

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s
IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service
to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at
https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS)
included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies.
These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment.
These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies.
This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.
Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login
will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no
personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, articles, and other materials.
Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website directly.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your
interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in
to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and
approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except they cannot change their username.
Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the
personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any
personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal,
or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

WooCommerce

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What We Collect and Store

While you visit our site, we may track:

  • Products you’ve viewed, so we can show you recently viewed products.
  • Location, IP address, and browser type for purposes such as estimating taxes and shipping.
  • Shipping address so we can estimate shipping and send your order.
  • Cart contents while you browse our site using cookies.

When you purchase from us, we may ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping
address, email address, phone number, payment details, and optional account information such as username and password.
We use this information to:

  • Send you information about your account and order.
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints.
  • Process payments and help prevent fraud.
  • Set up your account for our store.
  • Comply with legal obligations such as tax calculations.
  • Improve our store offerings.
  • Send marketing messages if you choose to receive them.

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email, and phone number, which may be used to populate
the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and as
long as we are legally required to keep it. For example, order information may be stored for tax and accounting
purposes for an appropriate retention period.

We may also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.

Who on Our Team Has Access

Members of our team, including Administrators and Shop Managers, may access order information such as what was
purchased, when it was purchased, where it should be sent, and customer information such as your name, email address,
and billing and shipping information. Our team accesses this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds,
and support you.

What We Share With Others

We may share information with third parties who help us provide store and order services to you, including payment
processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, marketing tools, and technical service providers when applicable.

Payments

We may accept payments through third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments,
some of your data may be passed to the payment provider, including information required to process or support the
payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Please review the privacy policies of the payment processor used during checkout for more details.

hCaptcha

We use the hCaptcha service to protect forms on our website from spam and automated abuse. hCaptcha helps determine
whether actions on our website are made by a human user and may analyze information such as IP address, time spent
on a page, and user behavior patterns. This data may be processed by Intuition Machines, Inc. For more information,
please visit
https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy
and
https://www.hcaptcha.com/terms.

Wishlists

When wishlist features are enabled, we may collect and store:

  • Products you have added to different lists.
  • Lists you have created.
  • Cookies used to remember list contents while you browse.

Administrators and Shop Managers may access list details such as products added, dates of addition, list names,
and privacy settings in order to provide support and improve your experience.

LBW AR Try-On Privacy Policy

Our LBW AR Try-On feature allows users to preview cosmetic and beauty-related products virtually using a live camera
feed and/or uploaded selfie images. By using this feature, you understand that certain image and device data may be
processed in order to apply virtual product effects to your face.

What the AR Try-On May Access

  • Your device camera, if you choose to use live try-on.
  • Selfie images that you upload for virtual preview.
  • Basic device and browser data needed to run the try-on experience.
  • Facial positioning, feature points, or facial region mapping needed to place products correctly on your image or live camera view.

How AR Try-On Data Is Used

We use AR Try-On data solely to provide the virtual try-on experience, including placing and displaying cosmetic
products such as lipstick, lip balm, lip matte, lip gloss, lip liner, eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundation, and eyelashes
on your live image or uploaded selfie.

Uploaded or captured images may also be used to let you preview a saved or combined look, reuse a previously uploaded
selfie in supported features, or allow you to view selected products together before making a purchase decision.

Biometric Data

The LBW AR Try-On feature is intended to visually place products on facial areas for preview purposes. It is not
designed to identify you personally, verify your identity, or create a biometric profile for identity recognition.

Camera and Uploaded Images

Camera access is only used when you choose to enable live try-on. If you upload a selfie, that image is used to
generate a static preview of your selected look. Please do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

Storage and Retention

Selfies, preview images, and related try-on selections may be temporarily stored or processed as needed to provide
the feature, improve continuity during your session, or support features such as reusing your uploaded selfie and
viewing your selected look. We retain this data only for as long as necessary for website functionality, customer
support, legal compliance, security, or legitimate business operations.

Sharing of AR Try-On Data

We do not sell your uploaded selfie images or AR Try-On preview data. However, data may be processed by trusted
service providers or plugins that support website hosting, media handling, security, analytics, checkout, or other
technical functions necessary to operate the try-on experience and website services.

Your Choices

  • You may decline camera access and choose not to use live AR Try-On.
  • You may choose whether or not to upload a selfie for static preview features.
  • You may contact us to request deletion of personal data where applicable, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact us through our website support
or help desk.

This policy template should be reviewed and finalized for your actual site setup, plugins, payment gateways, and applicable legal requirements.
