Email Setup
If your website package includes email service, email accounts will be created during the website installation process.
Login credentials and account information will be provided by the support team once setup is complete.
Accessing Your Email Through Webmail
You can check your email directly from a web browser without installing any software.
Visit:
https://webmail.yourdomain.com
Enter the email address and password that were provided to you.
From the webmail interface you can:
- change your email password
- create folders
- configure filters
- organize your mailbox
Connecting Email to a Phone or Email Application
You can also connect your email account to applications such as:
- iPhone Mail
- Android Mail
- Outlook
- Apple Mail
- Thunderbird
- other email software

Password: your email account password
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
IMAP vs POP3
IMAP (Recommended for Mobile Devices)
IMAP keeps your email synchronized between your device and the server. Messages remain on the server and stay synchronized across multiple devices.
POP3 (Recommended for Desktop Computers)
POP3 downloads email directly to your device. Messages may be removed from the server after download and stored locally on the computer.
