Managing Products

This page covers general product maintenance and management tasks after products have been created.

Editing Existing Products

1. Go to Products → All Products.
2. Click the product name.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Update.

You can update product descriptions, images, prices, categories, and tags.

Managing Sales

You can update sale prices, start or end sales, and schedule sale dates from the pricing section of the product editor.

Featured Products

You can mark or unmark products as featured depending on how you want them displayed in your store.

Product Visibility

Products can be made visible in the shop, hidden from the catalog, or visible only by direct link depending on your visibility settings.

Low Stock Notifications

If inventory tracking is enabled, WooCommerce can alert you when stock is running low so you know when products need to be restocked.

Deleting Products

1. Go to Products → All Products.
2. Hover over the product.
3. Click Trash.

Use this when a product is no longer sold or should be removed from the store.
